  • We ship nationwide across Pakistan via reliable courier partners.
  • Orders are packed securely to help ensure safe, hygienic delivery.
  • We process orders as quickly as possible; however, in-transit courier delays are beyond our control.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing (warehouse prep):
    • Spices, Oils, Super Foods: 1–2 days.
    • Filled Bidh Boxes: May require additional time due to assembly and freshness requirements.
  • Transit (after dispatch): 2–4 business days for most locations in Pakistan.
  • For a location-specific estimate, contact us before ordering.

Delivery Options & Fees

  • Standard Courier (Nationwide): Flat PKR 250 per order. For Filled Bidh Boxes, shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight and dimensions of the package.
  • Bykea (Lahore city): We may use Bykea for faster local drop-offs.
    • If delivery charges are not included on your invoice, the Bykea fare is payable by the customer directly to the rider at handover.
  • Self-Pickup: Available from our location 1km Harbanspura Interchange, Lahore. We’ll share pickup details after confirmation.

Liability & Claims

  • Once a parcel is handed to the courier, Purely Organic is not responsible for delays or damage in transit.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible so we can guide you on the next steps with the carrier and explore a remedy where feasible.

Important Notes

  • COD Refusals / Non-Payment: Parcels refused at delivery or returned due to non-payment, consignee unavailability, or refusal to receive are not eligible for refunds.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate address and availability at the time of delivery.
  • Courier issues or postal restrictions may cause delays; Purely Organic is not liable for such delays.
