We offer a 07-day return period from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • If opened, only a small portion (a few spoonfuls or one serving) may be consumed. Half-consumed items will not be accepted.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  • In-store purchases: Return the item directly to the store.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products contaminated after opening.
  • Items affected by moisture or insects after delivery.
  • Products not stored as per the instructions on the packaging.
  • Filled Bidh Boxes: These are custom-made and prepared specifically on demand; therefore, they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

Return the original item; once accepted, place a new order for the replacement product.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
