Refund and Returns Policy
We offer a 07-day return period from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- If opened, only a small portion (a few spoonfuls or one serving) may be consumed. Half-consumed items will not be accepted.
- Proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return

- In-store purchases: Return the item directly to the store.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products contaminated after opening.
- Items affected by moisture or insects after delivery.
- Products not stored as per the instructions on the packaging.
- Filled Bidh Boxes: These are custom-made and prepared specifically on demand; therefore, they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Exchanges
Return the original item; once accepted, place a new order for the replacement product.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
